Shipping policy


Our products are shipped via UPS. Our lead times vary, please contact us at orders@suweeka.com prior to placing your order to determine our current lead times.

We only ship to the contiguous lower 48 states. Customers in Hawaii & Alaska should reach out to us at orders@suweeka.com to arrange shipping.

At this time, we do not allow for any third-party shipping.

There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a Carrier facility. The estimated shipping date when tracking the package on the Carrier website will not be accurate until the carrier has scanned the package into their system.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  4213 NE Alberta Portland, OR 97211 – Signature Required. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not ship to APO & FPO addresses.

Suweeka is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is the result of handling by a shipping carrier.
